The Synergie Group continues its external development by intensifying its roll-out strategy in dynamic regions and business sectors, in particular outside of France. In France, Synergie continues to invest in promising sectors with high added value.
Consolidating and strengthening our locations
SYNERGIE Group is developing initiatives and allocating resources in high-potential sectors by deploying its expertise at the European level and strengthening its positioning as a “multi-specialist.” This strategy is based on accelerating its market share gains through a dynamic diversification policy and adapting its services in an uncertain environment.
We aim to strengthen our network in high-profitability countries where Synergie already operates (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom and Italy), to expand our geographical presence in Europe by 2020 (covering Scandinavia and the entire Eastern Europe), and to consolidate our businesses in Eastern Europe (Poland, etc.), thereby optimising sourcing.
Targeted external growth
A selective approach to targets will be implemented, based on their ability to recover after a period of significant decline in activity, with increased vigilance regarding client risks. This approach relies on strengthening its positions through a strategy of targeted acquisitions in key markets. SYNERGIE will focus on development opportunities in countries where the Group is already established.
And, as always...
SYNERGIE Group reaffirms its corporate social and environmental responsibility policy: diversity (gender equality, disability inclusion, integration, seniors), training, and health & safety at work. The acceleration phase of its digital transformation is underway, in order to meet the needs of its temporary workers and clients and to optimise the operation of its sites. In 2026, the Group plans to continue its efforts related to the digitalisation of its activities by integrating AI innovations into its processes.
