Our approach rewarded
In order to ensure continuous improvement, our CSR policy is assessed regularly by external agents.
Ecovadis: Synergie has submitted its CRS performance to EcoVadis for an external assessment, with a view to embarking on a sustainable and responsible commercial relationship with its customers. The issues assessed are human resources, business ethics, responsible purchasing and the environment.
In 2025, SYNERGIE Group was awarded with Gold after obtaining a score of 81/100 and ranking among the top 2% of temporary employment agencies and 5% of all companies across all sectors assessed by Ecovadis.
Ethnifinance : SYNERGIE Group responds annually to the Ethifinance extra-financial rating questionnaire and obtained a score of 75/100 in 2025.
Carbon Disclosure Project: SYNERGIE Group responds annually to the Carbon Disclosure Project questionnaire, one of the international benchmarks for collecting and analysing information related to the climate impact of organisations, and obtained a C rating in 2025.
Our partnerships
Our commitments are expressed through the signature of national partnerships and charters, such as:
