The Synergie Group's anti-corruption programme is based on the three pillars recommended by the French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA):

Anti-corruption risk mapping : Synergie Group has built a cross-functional risk mapping enabling it to implement a control procedure adapted to each identified exposure. For the sake of efficiency, eachsubsidiary has produced its own risk map, all of which have been validated by the Group's Ethics Committee.

By clicking on SYNERGIE INTEGRITY LINE, you can access the secure Synergie Integrity Line platform to declare an alert according to the provisions of the Transparency, Anti-Corruption and Economic Modernisation Act 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016, or for any other professional alert reserved for temporary and permanent employees of the SYNERGIE Group.

Since 2017, the Synergie Group has adhered to the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

 

Since 2019, Synergie has been a member of an anti-corruption working group at Middlenext, in order to benefit from best practices in the deployment of the anti-corruption compliance program.
